Energy/ Green Technologies for Smart Cities
“Cities all over the world have directed their development strategies towards being smart. This can be clearly indicated through the new strategic policies related to mobility, energy efficient buildings, increase of energy production from renewable sources and improvement of waste management. The goal is to improve the quality of life of their inhabitants. My presentation will shed the light of different green technologies and/or measures used in smart cities such as solar water desalination, Low/Zero energy houses and photovoltaic power plants.”
